Breakfast until 10 o'clock, I go at 9 o'clock, five hot dishes are gone, the cabbage balls leftover cabbage, the pot of meat leftover coriander, no one to make up the meal, no fresh milk, milk is powdered, the toaster is bad. The welcome fruit and apples in the house are bad, the yogurt tube is unpacked, and the towels are war-damaged. I don’t know why the hotel staff are still cold in this situation. I can’t look up when I go to play with my mobile phone. This stay experience is also absolutely amazing, a whole speechless 🙄

I chose a suite this time, thinking I would have the best experience. As a result, there were renovations nearby, and the noise started at around 8 o'clock every day. Then I started to understand why there were earplugs at the bedside. But the waiter didn't mention anything about decoration. Pictures 1-4 are all found when I returned to the room the next day. The bed was not made in place, the slippers were scattered, the garbage was not swept away, and there was sticky stuff on the remote control. Picture 5, the cold milk bottomed out like this on the second day, and again on the third day, so I took a photo to record it. Mercure should be regarded as a better brand in Huazhu, but the result is a bit disappointing.

The hotel has quite complete facilities. There is a self-service laundry room on the sixth floor and a fitness center on the second floor. The decoration style of the room tends to be simple and youthful, mainly in light colors, light and bright. Deer logos can be found everywhere in the hotel, which may be related to the style of the hotel, which is quite elegant. When checking in and out, the front desk staff was also very considerate. They told me that spring in the northeast is a bit chilly and poured me a cup of hot tea. When I left, the boys and girls at the front desk were also very talkative, which really made people feel the enthusiasm of the people of Changchun. It can be seen that the hotel leadership still attaches great importance to the feelings of guests. I will come again if I have the chance.

Very good front desk resolved an otherwise difficult issue for me. Big picture window in room provided wonderful view of city. Several small restaurants nearby. Starbucks coffee outlet across the street was very convenient for me. Breakfast was not provided by this trade hotel, but I was otherwise very pleased with this accommodation.

Not bad! That's great! The breakfast buffet is delicious, the hotel is well equipped, and the accommodation is clean and comfortable. Especially the service of the hotel, it is absolutely very, very in place, the front desk staff are very good, very active and enthusiastic. There is a parking lot when you go out, it is very convenient, I personally feel that the price is very high, it is highly recommended, come back next time!
