The staff, horrible. They lie to you saying that they don't have room and try to give you upgraded room with extra cost. Never take a complimentary breakfast, it was horrible. There was no good option in the buffet. Room service is equally horrible, they gave us room 1 hour late, and did not provide basic amenities like water towels until 2-3 hrs after asking repeatedly.

Our stay was very bad as they already sold out the room which i booked. Also they charged extra for another room and that room was not much good because of bad lights and bad doors locks etc etc it was very bad experience with the hotel.

Booked a luxury suite no water no towels and also dead telephone. Asked for water so many times but got no response. Coming to breakfast no water again cold food again informed managment no response. Worst experince

The room given to me was stinking and full of mosquitoes. Upon request it was sanitised, but the mosquitoes were still there. Hotel staff changed my room upon request. Breakfast which was included in hotel tarrif was made available after many followups. Quality of food was not good.

I stayed for a quick day and the hospitality was superb. Ordered some lunch from the restaurant with was delicious with the ever gracious host keeping special care. The amenities are adequate with tastefully designed rooms. Overall a great stay !
