Taj Chandigarh is a luxury hotel near Sector 17. The toilitries are of ezcellent quality. The biggest let down was the room. Room no. 633, the furniture was rundown and old. The television 32' outdated Samsung TV. Bathroom looked old school. The Taj Chandigarh room needs to go through a makeover to stay in line with it's competitors JW Marriott and Hyatt Regency.

The property has maintained what one expects from TAJ hospitality. From check-in through check-out was an excellent experience. Service received from every staff member was very courteous, professional and personal. Food at the restaurants was very good, while the attention provided was exceptional.
My colleague from Singapore, who also accompanied me in this visit share the same opinion and was very impressed as well.

My experience during the stay was so amazing. Talking about hotel rooms those are neat and clean. We have all the amenities available. All the ad-hoc requests were done on time. They pick the phone on time and fulfill asap. Talking about food. Taj chandigarh has the best food buffet till now i have explored. Amazing north indian food to crave for. I would love to visit again. Talking about staff. They are polite and on the time. Special thanks to Ritik. Who were there during morning and afternoon. He was so mobile and making sure i had everything on the table and fullfil all the requests on time. During night , i met Rupsa, she is amazing in her work. She is polite and professional. She made me feel special. Thank you to the staff for amazing services.

My stay was amazing, Taj is always best. special mention to Mr. Rohit and Ms. Rupsa (the sewer lady who met us at breakfast table). My parents were really happy with her service and her warmth care. Front Desk team acknowledge all the requests. It's was overwhelming even for 1 night. Only issue was the duet cover were torn which I never expected but rest all was good.
