The hotel is really clean and the room are also in immaculate condition. Service is really quick . Helpful staff and the food is absolutely delicious..a little expensive ..but delicious..

Polite staff with good rooms. Overall infrastructure of the hotel needs improvement. Food is very average and a guest also found cockroach in breakfast.

Staff was good...food is good...Horrible room..dirty, leaky bathroom ceiling...stinking room, dirty towels...even the different ones that i asked them to provide...I thought Fern was a good hotel chain...will never stay here...it was expensive too...I paid 4400!

Great ambiance and very cooperative staff....nice breakfast...staff behaviour excellent especially Mr Vijay Kumar thakur was very helpful during the breakfast,also Jyoti was exceptional responsive during the breakfast in morning..... enjoyed a lot at fern residency
