Older gentlemen “manager” with grey mustache. Is very rude, woke up to him arguing with the lady that works behind the desk. Very unprofessional, I asked for a room and was extremely rude. And to top it off room smelled, sheets smelled, just unpleasant stay.

Everything clean. Breakfast minimal. no cereal on second day. Day staff very helpful in getting my reservation changed. Night staff not so much. i would stay there again. i will recommend this place to others. it was a good "home base" to explore changes in Champaign.

"Breakfast" pathetic
Room was fantastic, however, if you're expecting a decent breakfast, this certainly fails miserably in that department.
No eggs, no breakfast meat and the usual boring hotel waffle with nothing to enhance it.
If one is a working person requiring a hearty breakfast to start the day before heading out, find another hotel that will cater to the working man who needs fuel to last until lunch.

The room was small, but very clean and tidy. It fit my needs perfectly. Bed was very comfortable. But most of all, the staff were very available, friendly, and helpful.

I wasn’t expecting the lobby to be locked all of the time. Once I found the buzzer and was handed a key card to swipe to get in, it was like any other check-in. One ice machine for three floors and the walls were pretty thin, otherwise it was a great stay after a long day of driving.
