一樓的房間有點潮濕，黴黴的味道。房間比較老舊，不太衞生的樣子。前台服務員一直換，印度人和白人交替。有個印度小男生歧視華人，態度很不友好。
regular coffee還不錯，其他每天早餐都蛋糕，基本忽略不計。開學季選擇較少，下次應該不會來了。

Highly recommend this hotel when you are in the area. The employees are friendly and helpful. The rooms and their amenities are clean, comfy and plentiful. The breakfast is fantastic. There are many great restaurants nearby. What more could you ask for? Oh, one more plus, it is easy to get to from I57 or I74!

The room was visibly dirty on the surfaces especially the floor in the shower the room also smelled very very bad like there was a problem with the air conditioning system

Doors did not close well for bathroom or room. Had to slam room door to close properly. Could not close bathroom door completely. Exterior doors to the building did not require room key to access

Bright clean room. Lots of lights. Lots of outlets. Lots of charging connections. Comfortable bed. Good roomy fridge with adjustable shelves. Constant fan option on AC unit. Good water pressure in shower. Nice luggage carts. Will consider a Sleep Inn again!

Bathroom door wouldn’t latch. The flooring appeared new and the walls freshly painted. Clearly they were making upgrades. The room was just very small and the beds were tight for two people. When the room says it sleeps 4 that wasn’t quite accurate.

This place gives me the heebie jeebies. Our peep hole was broken & plugged with a Kleenex. There was a spider in the shower when we arrived. It smelled like **** at front desk, in the hallway & our room, yet they say the hotel is smoke free. (Eye roll) Water supply was backwards in the shower, and who knows what is behind the empty shampoo & conditioner bottles in the shower? Absolutely disgusting! (Barf) Coffee maker was broken at the guest breakfast. I don't ever want to go back there. Nor do I want to stay @ another Sleep Inn. They are far from actually following their mission statement. They are NOT committed to customer satisfaction or cleanliness!

The room seemed ok but the sheets were still on the wet side and there was a nasty feces stain on the mattress pad upon further looking. The reviews were correct as the bed would make a sound like a drum when you moved. The area appeared to be a little sketchy as when we left there may have been a recent purse theft.
