This is primarily a ski resort hotel. The pictures look similar, and the details are hard to spot. A 4-star rating is actually a 3-star; the decor is completely insignificant! Cleanliness is 3.5 stars. It's about a 10-minute walk from the town center and a relatively close 6-minute walk from the Midi cable car. The public areas feel 4-star, but the room immediately lets it down. After all, on a ski vacation, some rough wear and tear is to be expected. The kettle was labeled "stay clean," but it was completely dirty. I was immediately shocked. I hadn't been impressed by all the strange uses of the kettle online, but now that it's labeled... I didn't dare use it!
The only plus point was the heated bathroom tub, which made it easy to wash underwear by hand. While the ski season is understandably expensive, summer is hiking season, so the price/performance ratio is a bit poor...

The room was very nice. The hotel is right next to the long-distance bus station and a five-minute walk from the cable car. Compared to the surrounding area, it's very cost-effective. It's equipped with a jacuzzi, hot springs, and sauna, which can easily relieve travel fatigue. You can also see the snow-capped mountains from the pool, which is very comfortable.

There is a bus stop right next door that will take you to Geneva, Paris or Annecy, so you don't have to rush out early in the morning. The hotel itself is nice too.
