Very nice hotel a few minutes from the center of Chamonix. Friendly staff, very convenient location for accessing the slopes.

It's a bit far from the center. It’s convenient to get to Lac Blanc. The service is not that good. They make it sound like they are offering breakfast and leave the receipt while eating. Customers who were angry about this situation were seen protesting here and there. There isn't enough variety or taste to make it worth paying 20 euros for. It's worse than the free breakfast provided at the Basel hotel.

This host is not worth it, it’s 4 stars!!!! Disappointing welcome, zero point service!!! Except the bartender!! Unqualified staff especially the receptionist!!!! I do not recommend!!!
