Upon my stay at this particular hotel the young lady behind the desk was very nice but not fully knowledgeable  about the rooms. She gave me  keys to 6 different rooms to try to see which one was suitable for me. Upon entering the rooms the app Liam’s were broken or missing. The toilets were not fully functioning. There was roaches in the rooms. People out side loitering. Men asking you if you smoked recreational ********. Finally I found a room that was suitable for for me to stay in for the three days . Upon checking out I was met by a Ms Raven who bedside manners was deplorable. She needs. Moore training. Was told that Mr. Larry who I had been waiting  on to come talk to me does not come to you. You have to come see him. well he never came in for me to talk to him .So my concerns were never addressed and While I was checking out Ms Raven was nasty to another guess in my presence. Corporate really needs to step in and do a full complete make over with the entire staff and property. There is no way you pay this amount of money and you sleep in a place that is worst and not together.So I really hope this goes to the top of the ladder for a new and improve update on this location cause . It is a nice area to be in.

Roaches no towels or toilet tissue poor lighting refrigerator has no shelf

My first unit had no hot water and several cockroaches wondering through. The second unit I was given had no a/c, no television remote, and the hot water lever was put on backwards providing only all hot or all cold water with no ability to adjust.

When I arrived, there were no pillows, no blanket, just a sheet on the bed. No toilet paper, no shower curtain, and the fridge had food left over in it. There was mold on the walls, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned! There was fighting all night in the rooms around us. Called customer service, and they refused to do anything. Took the situation up with Corporate, and they refused to do anything and closed our case. We left after the 1st night. This was disgusting.

Negative Zero Stars…. I arrived at Home Towne Suites for a week-long stay. It had been a long day and I just wanted to get a night's sleep. During check-in, I asked if there was a baggage cart I could place my luggage on since I was in a suite on the second floor. First red flag…I was told they have only one but do not know where it is. Second red flag….they said they have a laundry cart I could use…A cart used for dirty laundry. I finally arrived at the room. It was filthy. It looked like someone had just checked out the room 10 minutes before I got there. I quickly went to the front desk, asked for a refund, and booked somewhere else. Of course, I was told I would be charged for the night whether I stayed or not and the remaining balance would be refunded. That was a lie. They have yet to give me my refund… Horrible place to stay.

I stayed here for 2 nights, had casting Call for a movie. First and foremost my door wouldn’t close so when I left out for like 2 seconds my bag at had was taken, it was only underwear and socks in it with couple shirts not tripping about it. That’s replaceable easily. Next there was no heat in the room. Trash under the bed. But other than that wouldn’t stay here again hope you don’t also
