Very dated - only ONE PERSON working in the entire place - very large facility including two buildings with a large pool area so good thing we were self-sufficient and didn't need any help. I would not walk on the carpet without socks and we slept in sweatshirts so as not to have to use the comforter. Blanket was thin. VERY LOUD heating and AC unit in window made for bad sleep. 2 photos from bathroom - my barometer for BAD. NOT MY HAIR and gross. Last photo from common area door...cobweb had some age on it. The pool was large for kids to play but water was FREEZING.

Good stay along the way. Good facility for a night. Pool, whirlpool, and sauna were good. Easy access and ample parking.

We stayed 1 night on our return home. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a nice biscuits and gravy breakfast with yogurt and apple and coffee. The view of the Missouri River and sunset was beautiful from the lawns and our window. There is a nice indoor pool, with a beautiful patio, however we did not use it. We found Chamberlain to be a beautiful city with good food options too.

Checkin was a bit odd. Directions to room were vague. Didn’t inform us where breakfast would be in the morning. No elevator. Room was basic and bed was fine. Breakfast was terrible. Biscuits and gravy offered but neither of us liked it and we are not picky eaters. No tea bags. Only one source of protein, eggs. Everything g else was pre-packaged muffins, bagels and cereal. Waffles were available, again, not my ideal diet. When we checked out the clerk just kinda looked at me when I informed him. I had to ask for a receipt. Weird.

Everything was clean and the staff was great!! Very friendly and helpful!! The indoor pool was awesome!! The hot tum was also very nice!

We have been staying here for 15 years and it offers a beautiful view of the Missouri River. Sunsets are amazing! This year under new management everything was great! From check-in to check-out, spotless rooms, comfy beds & very friendly staff! Good coffee & breakfast too! Hope to be back next year!

Clean and comfortable
We were just passing through, so pretty much just slept. That said, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very helpful.
