Visite du Chai et dégustation. Une présentation de l'histoire du château au top, les explications très claires et accessibles pour les vins, cépages,... Le sommelier nous a fait rêver et nous a donné l'eau à la bouche, en plus du vin dans le verre, en citant les accords mets vins... Il nous a partagé un moment sa passion, Merci

Très bonne établissement pour client PMR, très propre, sanitaire et salle de bain très spacieux. Petit inconvénient, le revêtement de sol des chambres et couloir (moquette) non adapté au fauteuil roulant.

We arrived at 20.30. The restaurant was unfortunately full so the man on reception kindly booked us a table in a nearby restaurant, about 10 minutes walk. It was okay. The buildings , garden and scenery are beautiful. But our room was disappointing. We had a downstairs room for wheelchair uses. ( this wasn’t requested). It was spacious but very basic. The shower didn’t work properly and there was someone’s clothes in the wardrobe. The view was of the carpark. Luckily we were only in the room for one night. Communication with the staff was poor. We left soon after breakfast.

Nous avions réservé une suite via Staycation, en nous basant sur la photo présentée sur le site. À notre arrivée, la chambre attribuée était différente : moins jolie, avec une moquette décollée et des moulures fissurées. Après avoir demandé un changement, on nous a proposé une chambre plus petite, certes plus jolie, mais qui n’était pas une suite (l’hôtel était complet donc il ne restait plus que celle-là). Apparemment, selon les dires de l’assistant de direction, ce n’est pas la première fois que des clients se plaignent de ne pas recevoir la chambre à laquelle ils s’attendaient. La climatisation était en panne dans plusieurs chambres, et le ventilateur fourni était bruyant, ce qui a rendu notre nuit difficile, nous n’avons presque pas dormi. Le personnel a reconnu ces dysfonctionnements, mais a estimé que nos attentes étaient trop élevées pour un établissement 3 étoiles. Nous avons cependant déjà séjourné dans des hôtels de même catégorie avec un meilleur niveau de service. En geste commercial, nous avons reçu une bouteille d’eau. Cependant la visite et dégustation de la cave à vin était très bien et le restaurant du château très bon. Le cadre est agréable. Globalement, nous sommes déçus car le séjour ne correspondait pas à ce qui était annoncé ni au standing attendu.

Repas en famille face au parc très agréable. En revanche les plats ne sont pas du tout copieux comme un filet de saumon servi avec 3 minuscules cuillères de poireaux hachés et zéro accompagnement… Idem pour l’entrée 3 asperges rachitiques sans goûts … bref nous ne reviendrons pas
