"I've been trying to contact Hotel Vista Mare for the past month (15.02 - today) regarding a reservation using their prepaid voucher. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response to my 3 emails. When I called, I was told that I should communicate via email and that a colleague of the person I talked to will reply to me tomorrow. Another 3 weeks have passed and 2 additional emails have been sent - still no reply. While I understand that hotels can get busy, the complete lack of communication is concerning. It creates uncertainty and makes it difficult to plan my stay or consider this hotel for future stays. If you're looking for a hotel with responsive staff who can answer your questions promptly and make a reservation for you, especially, that the stay has already be paid in the past, I would recommend looking elsewhere."

"Hotel staff was really helpful and nice, they even helped us getting our delayed luggage from the local courier company. The breakfast was excellent. We were first surprised that the breakfast was served in a cafe type of way where the staff collected the breakfast plate based on what you selected, but the arrangement was working really well and guaranteed the cleanliness of the breakfast. The location was a perfect balance; the location and athmosphere within the hotel facility was calm, but the services were easily reachable using the hotel bikes. There were nice places and restaurants in both directions from the hotel (towards Cesenatico center and the opposite direction). Only ＜5km bike ride to the local mall (Romagna Valley Mall), which was also really good. Hotel beach was really good, we liked the first row seats there were available for the family room visitors. The young talents hosting the kids activities were exceptionally good hard-working and friendly, and spoke excellent English. Hotel rooms were clean. In total, the hotel gets 5/5 in our review, even though it was not a pure luxury resort, but just perfect for a high-quality family holiday."

"We arrived and the sink in the room was blocked... repaired twice at our request. The rooms are small and stuffy. Beautiful location surrounded by greenery. Excellent cleaning. And so far we are. Welcome not in the cold Romagna style. Bad food with related gastrointestinal discomfort. Not available in customer requests. Never had such a bad meal, ruined a holiday."
