Nous avons séjourné au cerf island resort. Ne vous attendez pas au paradis tout dans ce complexe est dans un état de délabrement bien triste. Un hôtel qui a du avoir son heure de gloire il y a 20 ans mais qui a besoin d'une rénovation intégrale. Pour ce qui est de la restauration ce n'est pas beaucoup mieux j'ai failli me casser la mâchoire sur leur boeuf bourguignon et le reste était de la même lignée. horrible. Ne jetez pas votre argent par la fenêtre optez pour un autre hôtel. La Sh.t c'est toujours trop cher . j'ai voyagé dans bien des pays mais un hôtel aussi délabré et dangereux je n'en avait jamais vu...tv ne fonctionne pas.wifi 10€ par jour. spa ne fonctionne pas réfrigérateur transforme tout en glaçon. baignoire balnéo ne fonctionne pas. Spa la masseuse est malade. Le cuisinier n'est pas présent le soir. Cocktail je fais mieux chez moi ....etc... J'ai discuté avec des anglais, allemand et plein d'autres gens qui y ont séjourné en même temps que moi pas un seul n'étaient satisfait...bref tout sauf celui là

Cerf is a small island near Mahe and a 10-minute boat ride away. A quiet hotel with only 24 villas well integrated in the middle of the greenery. A very nice pool, very friendly staff, a good restaurant. Plenty of steps, not advisable for those with mobility problems. J.A.Sousa

Un lieu magique que je conseille à tous...si vous voulez vivre en harmonie avec la nature, les oiseaux, les tortues... L'océan...le sable blanc et fin...alors c'est ici que vous devez aller 🙏♥️. . Vous y trouverez en plus un accueil chaleureux et une énergie sereine et bienveillante... Je remercie la direction pour son attention, son écoute et sa sympathie ainsi que Valérie, Bhargav (petit coucou 😉🙏), Steven (le chef de cuisine) et ses collègues, sans omettre Kenneth, Betty... Et tous les autres y compris le personnel qui s'occupe du merveilleux parc de l'hôtel (une végétation à couper le souffle) et le personnel de réfection des lieux constitué de magnifiques Villa spacieuses et typiques... j'ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié les uns comme les autres...et mon point sensible c'est Suri une masseuse comme on en voit peu... très gentille, très souriante et des massages hyper efficaces ♥️🙏🥰... C'est ma petite chouchoute... Profitez de ses bons massages vous n'allez pas en revenir et l'habitation est sublime elle se situe dans la végétation (cocotiers etc)... À ne pas manquer surtout... What a brilliant location with some tranquility sounds from the birds and the ocean with a warm welcome by Valerie, Bhargav and Prakash the manager with a great resort orientation.Many thanks to the 1756 restaurant team Cindy, Wendy and Kenneth.A big thank you to Denis you took me around the resort not forgetting the captain on the boat and lastly Rita at the reception.The entire team was always willing and ready to assist with a genuine smile.You made my stay an unforgettable experience.

Das zweite Mal in diesem schönen Resort und es war wieder wundervoll. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Es ist einfach ein Ort an den man gerne zurückkommt, eine Ruhe- und Wohlfühloase. Die Lage meiner Ocen view Villa war traumhaft, schön in den Hang hineingebaut, mitten im Dschungel und von der gemütlichen Terrasse hatte ich einen fantastischen Blick auf den indischne Ozean. Das gesamte Personal war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Manager Herr Prakash und Herr Bhargav von der Rezeption haben sich sehr um mein Wohlbefinden gekümmert und alle meine Wünsche erfüllt. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und das Team Simon, Kenneth, Wendy, Leane und Cynthia sind ausgesprochen freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Mit dem Boot kann man tolle Ausflüge machen oder einen Besuch auf Mahe, Die Bootscrew, vor allem die Fahrer machen ihre Arbeit hervorragend, sodass jede Fahrt so richtig Spaß macht. Auch habe ich eine tolle Massage von Frau Suri genossen, die ich allen weiterempfehlen kann. An diesen Ort mit dem netten Personal, dem kleinen Strand, dem schönen Infinitypool, dem Dschungel mit den hübsch angelegten Wegen, werde ich sicher nochmals zurückkommen. Die Bungalows sind sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Mit dem Boot kann man tolle Schnorchelplätze anfahren!! Die Bootscrew war ein Traum!!! Was allerdings wirklich unterirdisch war, war das Essen. Wir hatten Vollpension gebucht und waren von dem lieblosen Frühstück und dem schrecklichen Abendessen mehr als enttäuscht. Mittags konnte man von der Karte wählen, was nicht zu beanstanden war. Das Personal im Restaurant hat sich ebenfalls nicht gerade durch einen Servicegedanken hervorgetan. Hier ist definitiv Luft nach oben!!!!

Hotel in a peaceful setting, with almost deserted beaches and an idyllic environment, featuring a beautifully maintained garden. The villas are spacious and very clean. The dinner included in the half-board option is very generous (even too much!) and highly satisfying. Travel to Mahé Island by boat is very easy, with a consistently cheerful crew. The staff is extremely welcoming and attentive. A special thank you, for their professionalism and kindness to Tommaso, Prakash, and Simon, but also members of their team such as Keneth, Cinthia, Allié, Wendy, and Bhargan. Many thanks also to the chefs for their delicious cuisine and to the housekeeping and maintenance teams for keeping the site spotless. Your professionalism, good spirits, and kindness truly helped make our holiday an excellent one. Thank you all.
