"I was looking forward to a hot shower at the end of a sweaty day. No hot water available. Apparently everyone cleaning up before dinner tends to run the tank dry. We’re told no hot water for a “couple of hours”. I suppose that’s if no one uses it in the interim. They could have told us at check in. No solution other than wait or take a freezing cold shower."

"Parking with pain. No one to receive guests! It's the so-called "self check-in". It's connected to a number and it's provided a code to open the door. All very personalized! Small room with an intragable humidity smell. Hyper-mega simplistic furniture. I call the TV and it only works RTP Memory. Breakfast? A voucher to go to a coffee ... What kind of tourism is this? I have set my boots and got to a hotel. And what about the return of the room money? impossible. To forget ...."
