A new type of apartment hotel. There is a shopping mall within walking distance of the hotel. There are many restaurants inside and the price is good. Breakfast was very rich. Half an hour away from the airport, there is an industrial park nearby and the environment is good

The staff at the hotel were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions we had, which was a big plus. However, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. Upon arriving on the third floor, we noticed a strong damp, moldy smell, which wasn’t a great first impression. Thankfully, our room itself was clean and smelled fresh. Unfortunately, the AC didn’t work on what turned out to be a very hot night in Cape Town. When we reported this to reception, we were told maintenance had already left for the day and that someone would come up to turn it off entirely. This was confusing, as the room was advertised with a functioning AC, and we weren’t offered an alternative room. While the staff’s friendliness was appreciated, the lack of a solution to a key issue like this was disappointing.L

You’ve created such a wonderful space for a relaxing stay. The friendly and knowledgeable staff, combined with a room thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit, made the experience incredible. The complimentary wine tasting was delightful and informative, and I discovered one or two new wines to add to my purchase list. The 5-plate promotion at Urban Umami was absolutely exquisite. Each plate was divine, making it impossible to choose a favourite.

I highly recommend Century City Hotel Urban Square, it's very classy and neat. The rooms are big. Keep up the great job!

Reception staff was attentive and welcoming they explained everything on arrival offered assistance with the bags, rooms were super clean with well functioning air conditioner and the breakfast was so great and the restaurant setup great

Excellent service and front-line staff. We experienced an issue with the air conditioning not working in our room, the blackout blind being broken and unable to close completely, and noise from Tiger's Milk, where loud music played late into the night. The staff resolved the situation on the same day we notified them. They moved us to a quieter room, as they were aware of an upcoming event at Tiger's Milk that would disturb our sleep again.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel except for the noise from adjacent bars on Friday! The hotel is near the services.
