All ok. Not good or bad. But the bedroom hallways could do with a clean. Lots of bits of small rubbish there

For guys, wanna to have a good facial treatment near hotel with walking distance.

Good and friendly service.Comfy room with clean linen and towels,yummy breakfast,the location very near Sabang street food.Very convenient location its nearby Sarinah mall,local restaurant,cafe,train station and etc..also very easy to get grabcar and to get public transport.I definitely will stay here again in future.

The superior rooms are quite small but clean except the shower room lack of Shower gel. Receptionists very friendly and the breakfast is worth the money.

The location is ok. The hotel is a little dated but acceptable from the price point. The shower was not pleasant, with the water changing between hot and warm every 5 seconds oor so. Didn't make use of the facilities or breakfast. May try other hotels around the area as they look newer.

The staff was friendly and able to respond to our requests such as late check-out and iron amenities.

Location is strategist, near central of town. The room is spacious enough and comfortable. The breakfast is nice. But I think the price is a little bit too high compared with the other hotels with similar qualities.

Average hotel. Hotel needs renovation. Housekeeping to be improved.

Pleasant stay

it was a great stay in Oria. check in and check out was easy. location is right behind sarinah area, walking distance to MRT station. the room is clean, bed is comfortable, receptionists are very helpful.

Cleanliness is bad, as need ask service to re clean the room.
