The overall stay was good. There are eateries and convenient store on the first floor that caters to your needs if needed. There is also a small gym for exercise. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is a bit far from the south especially with the traffic.

Staff are very helpful. Easy check-in and out process. Nice view of Monas. Some areas need thorough cleaning like elevator floors, ground floor lobby etc. Will stay again soon.

The location was really decent and it's near a bus stop for us to bypass traffic using the bus to central. Its located at Harmony exchange which houses good eats. Lifts were pretty slow and when we were there, there were three days when there was a school tour group which really hogged the lifts and we couldn't get to our rooms. I felt the sheets weren't changed and the floor was dusty I had to mop it myself - despite asking for the rooms to be cleaned and sheets changed daily. This can definitely be improved if the staff were monitored to do their cleaning properly

I really love the service here, its not something i expected. But the staff here are amazing from the moment you arrive till you reach your room. They really outdid themself when it comes to service. The room itself is nice and i love the views of the city from the room. one of the best things about the room is the city views. And the location of the hotel being in central Jakarta is a huge plus.

We’re extremely disappointed with our stay. We booked a queen room but were told none were available and were asked to push two single beds together instead. The bedsheets were stained, and even after requesting new ones, they were still dirty. The bathroom was filthy, with hair and foul-smelling, stained towels that weren’t properly replaced despite our complaints. Overall, the hygiene and service were unacceptable, and we won’t be returning.

This hotel is so clean, nicely decorated and unique. The vibes of the hotel is very good and the rooms are big and well furnished. The hotel is next to a new and modern mall with many food options and a 24h supermart. The breakfast buffet has a very good spread and the staff are hardworking, friendly and helpful. There are always taxis waiting at the lobby for you to go anywhere in Jakarta. This is one of the best hotels in Jakarta.

Love the cheerfull color of the interior design, the hotel was inside the HXC mall which was great. Parking area provided, the room with monas view was great..! The only lack was the carpet dirty, need to be maintained.

I chose Monas view. In general the room was clean Lift access secured with tab room floor with security guard on the ground floor. Room had security box, slippers, coffee maker, water all you can drink, security door lock, etc.

Well the hotel is somehow like what other travelers describe it to be — affordable, staffs are nice, buffet breakfast foods were good, location and amenities are ok, there are restaurants and convenience stores downstairs the hotel, room size is fine…but i’m disappointed with the bed and bedsheets..not so clean and my partner and I end up with bed bug bites 😞 overall is ok for a short trip to jakarta…

We had an amazing stay at Yellow Harmoni Hotel. The location is excellent, close to the city center, with a convenience store, food stalls, cafés, and restaurants all within the building. Plus, it's just a short walk to Starbucks and other dining options. I loved the hotel's vibrant yellow and artistic theme. Being a high-rise, it offers views of Jakarta at a very affordable price, which is definitely worth it! The only downside was the power outlets. It would have been helpful to receive an email reminder about bringing a compatible adapter or for the hotel to provide adapters for foreign guests unfamiliar with Indonesian outlets.

The shower area is slippery and slimy due tu standing water on floor. The AC isn't blowing cold air thus makes the room quite stuffy at night. Breakfast spread was ok.

The room smells bad and the bad and pillows are smells as well, no water provided, towels are dirty
