This is 2 stars hotel, not 3 stars. The building is very old. No maintenance.The rooms are not nice. dirty. the food is terrible. the security is good. the service is very bad. I recommend you to choose the better hotel than Fab.

Warning: Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid FabHotels Marble Arch! This was one of the most horrible hotel experiences of my life. FabHotels Marble Arch is a complete disaster. The staff is extremely rude, untrained, and speaks in a disrespectful manner — they clearly don’t care about guests. The rooms are tiny, dirty, and completely unhygienic. Nothing like the photos shown on booking websites like MakeMyTrip — those pictures are completely fake and misleading. The bedding was stained, the washroom smelled terrible, and the basic amenities were either broken or missing. It felt like a cheap roadside lodge, not a hotel. I strongly urge everyone NOT to waste your money here — this place is a total scam under the name of FabHotels. FabHotels should seriously look into this property — it’s ruining their reputation. For anyone reading this: Stay away from FabHotels Marble Arch. You will regret it.
