This hotel looks old and consumed put well mentained , clean and quiet , good service and facilities, tidy room and needs to be attention to bed sheets spots , good breakfast variety for options. Good service from (TASHA) receptionist.

Good hotel with reasonable price. But it is too noisy even during late night.

Took us a while to find the hotel. As there was 2 hotels with similar names. Checking in was a breeze. The service staff were very very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff was ever helpful. The hotel is fairly centrally located but it's past its prime. The amenities provided in the room were basic. The room was spacious and neatly presented. But the mattress had sections that was sunken in. I would go back again.

Well, it was our first time, but we were happy to stay there. the staff is nice, the check-in is quick and easy. the lounge is artistic. the room is comfortable and spacious, enough for the three of us. the facilities are good. there is a hairdryer in the bathroom, an ironing table, a small fridge, and some hangers. the swimming pool is good. the food is delicious, there are international as well as traditional menus. you can also have indomie by request. But, there is one menu that need to be improved, the sushi (I think the rice is too cold). overall, we enjoyed staying there.

I got a room with the smell of cigarette smoke. Then get an equivalent changing room. It affects the overall impression of this hotel.

The location is in the city center, the rooms are clean and well lit. View of the city and hills in the distance.
