リュブリャナの旅行の際に滞在したホテルです。ドミトリー形式であったため、そこまで期待はしていませんでしたが、チャントーカードキーで開けるような部屋となっており、とても快適に過ごせました。

When checking the bed upon check-in, I saw at least 3 hairs. When I lifted up the mattress to check for bed bugs, oh my god, it was covered in blood. It was so disgusting that I only took a small photo. I told the staff and they were changing my bed sheets and pillowcases. I thought everything was fine, but when I checked again, there was a bunch of hair again.... We were already staying at ibis but the cleanliness was still so poor. After that, I told them that I had too much hair and they finally changed my room. The new room still had 1 or 2 hairs. Just have to accept the fact that no matter how they clean there will still be hairs. Thankfully the mattress in the new room didn't have any blood!! The staff gave me a drink voucher to make it up to me. The location is great, within walking distance of the station and the old town. All the public facilities are large and fairly clean. It is free to store luggage early or after check-out. There is no toilet for girls only, but there is a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink that can be locked, so you can feel safe. The night shift staff on the first day was a bit annoying. I left something in the old room and asked them to find it. The counter staff the next day had no idea about this and had to tell me again. When I checked out on the third morning, my stuff was finally found. The night shift staff on the first day was really terrible. The staff on other days were friendly and answered questions about tourist information. I still recommend staying in a room with your own space. Don't expect cleanliness.
