Hotel service was very bad. Rooms were not clean. Although We asked slippers twice, they didnt bring. There was A construction going on nearby. It was so noisy. Absolutely awful experience – avoid at all costs! I’ve stayed in many places before, but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Some of the staff were incredibly rude and couldn’t care less about the guests. They acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was unbelievably cramped and dirty – completely unacceptable. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve a single star. It was a waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone – even walking past this hotel would ruin your day. Stay away! The only thing I can say positive was location.

Great location for exploring Sarajevo! The staff were very friendly and accomodating. I requested the airport pick up service and the driver was prompt and polite. A lovely beginning to the holiday!

Quirky ironic building. Awesome in its self. Comfy enough but does require some tweeks to bring it to modern standards

A big hotel next to the National Museum and a mall. Interesting building, especially the lobby zone. Nice location: I already mentioned the mall and trams passing right next to the hotel, there are also supermarkets, ATMs, and cafes nearby. The other side is that trams and the street bring some constant noise level to the room. Breakfast could have been a bit better, especially coffee. The rest was fine: a spacious room with a bathtub, free parking, and helpful staff.

Great hotel with an interesting historical background in a historical city; It's a little over 20 mins walk to the city center, however I choose this hotel because I have a car and this hotel has a very good parking lot for guest. You may take #6 tram to most city sights on this circle line. Hotel breakfast was very good, however the hotel facilities and deco look little dated, and internet was very slow on 8th floor when we were there.

The hotel has a rich history that it proudly flaunts, just in the wrong way. The dining room looks like it was made for the filming of a movie about the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo, and the rooms also proudly show their age. Every morning I was very surprised when the waiter brought freshly baked eggs from the kitchen as if they came from a fridge. The way the food was served made me suspect that it was simply thrown out to spoil the guests' appetite. Also, 1 of the 4 elevators did not work at all. During my stay, the hotel was fully occupied, meaning it was hosting about 1,000 guests. If each of them paid 100 USD per night, that's a lot of money. My recommendation to the management, which is obviously far away from Sarajevo, is to invest at least a small part of it in renovations.

Being born in the city and left a few years ago, I thought I should stay in the iconic hotel, being famous for nice accommodation. Bit of a let down. Room was clean, shower was leaking in a big puddle, towels are all frayed and shouldn't be used at all. Just very bad. Overall furniture very old, unkept and used. Bit disappointed that the icon of the Sarajevo is fading away.

The facilities are not good, the lock of the room is broken, the heating does not work, there is no kettle, the air conditioner is too old, the buzzing sound is very noisy, and the breakfast variety is too small. However, the front desk staff has good service

Not recommended. The front desk service is not very good. They don't care when asking about tourist routes.

The room cleaning forgot to give soap and tea bags, and there was no bottled water. There was no tissue paper in the room. The phone was useless. The bath water was very comfortable, and there was a bathtub. The breakfast was good. And if you have to catch a train or plane in the morning, you can tell the front desk the night before and they will prepare a box for you.
