I had to call the contact to arrange what time I was going to arrive. This isn't ideal when you are from another country. The downside with ********** being involved with these private rentals now is that messaged do not get passed on so it was literally an hour before I was due to arrive and I had still had no confirmation that someone was going to meet me and I had to phone a Bosnian phone from my UK mobile. If ********** told you that you could watsapp or directly contact the people who own the place - like you do on Airbnb that would make this a whole lot better. When I did get hold of the chap it was brilliantly straight forward, he met me at the agreed time and showed me round and gave me the keys. The property was lovely and the underground carpark was a huge bonus. My advice would be - book this property directly and not though a third party. I would recommend the property and would return.
