Já fiquei imensas vezes neste hotel que era espetacular. Foi vendido e há uns 3/4 anos para cá está bem diferente e nem parece 1 hotel de 4 estrelas. Pouco pessoal, apesar de os que existem serem simpáticos e prestáveis. Água da piscina interior turva e bastante fria, zona do SPA sem funcionários, pequeno almoço muito, muito pobre que não corresponde a 1 hotel de 4 estrelas. Adorava quando era o Celorico Palace Hotel mas a qualidade baixou imenso quando foi vendido ao grupo Flag Hotels, só não baixou o preço, bem pelo contrário.

3 dias antes da viagem fui contactado pelo Hotel a dizer que a piscina interior não estaria disponível para uso. Como não podia cancelar a reserva sugeri que me pudessem compensar de alguma a impossibilidade de utilizar a piscina interior. Contactaram-me no dia seguinte a dizer que me ofereciam um welcome drink e uns doces tradicionais, bem como a possibilidade de late check out. Agradeci a oferta.
No dia da reserva, quando fui fazer o check in, informam-me que afinal a piscina interior já estava disponível para utilização. Como não fui avisado não estava preparado para poder utilizar a piscina. Para além disso, as ofertas que me tinham dito que me iriam oferecer não se concretizaram em nenhum momento.
Por isso, só posso dizer que em termos de gestão de clientes o serviço não tem qualidade nenhuma para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Acabei por ter uma experiência muito negativa, que acabou por influenciar uma escapadinha de fim de semana. Não recomendo.

Apenas a salientar a temperatura da piscina interior que poderia estar um pouco mais alta dada a altura do ano.

Wonderful and relaxing stay
Always a pleasure to be back at Flag Hotel Celorico Palace!
For the comfort and welcoming of the hotel and staff and also for the activities around the property.
From visiting wine producing estates in the area to cycling on the eco-pista do Tamega surrounded by Nature.

The hotel charged 156 Euros for one room. When we arrived the room was not clean. The toilet was dirty from the people before. The shower was broken. The mini fridge was broken and we had to put our things in the hotel fridge. The receptionist said that they would be able to fix it the follow day but no one got back to us. The spa was absolutely filthy. Please see photos. I have contacted Flag World hotels and they have not responded to my complaints. We stayed for two days and it was really disappointing and a waste of money. This hotel is not four star.
