I've stayed at this hotel many times and it was amazing. It was sold and about 3/4 years ago it's been very different and doesn't even look like a 4 star hotel. Little staff, although those that exist are friendly and helpful. Water in the indoor pool cloudy and quite cold, the SPA area without staff, very, very poor breakfast that does not correspond to a 4 star hotel. I loved it when it was the Celorico Palace Hotel but the quality went down a lot when it was sold to the Flag Hotels group, it just didn't drop the price, quite the contrary.

Péssima experiência. Falta de roupões para acesso à piscina, água da piscina interior fria, falta de regras num espaço que deveria ser de calma, sossego e silêncio. Impossível relaxar, a piscina interior mais parece uma piscina municipal em plena época balnear, sem ninguém para controlar, crianças completamente descontroladas aos berros e aos saltos para a piscina, adultos igualmente aos berros, sem respeito pelos outros. Uso indevido pelas crianças do banho turco e da sauna. Tive de sair do local. Conclusão, o barata sai caro, fui para relaxar e vim com uma neura insuportável. Local a nunca mais repetir

Muito mau para quatro estrelas, atendimento sem preocupação os quartos sem robes para irmos ao spa , nem uma garrafa de agua, frigorífico vazio e avariado e a piscina agua firia . Por fim funcionarias não identificadas e mal cuidadas. Não recomendo e não voltarei

Muito desiludida
Escolhi este hotel para passar dois dias após o meu casamento, para conhecer a região, escolho por ter bons Feedback mas fiquei extremamente desiludida, por ser época baixa ou então não sei… tinham pouco pessoal, limpeza só vi no meu último dia. Paguei meia pensão mas nunca nos informaram que os vinhos não estavam incluídos, o que no final ainda pagamos mais do que esperado. Pequeno almoço pouca escolha, era apenas um tabuleiro que nos metiam a frente. De buffet não tinha nada.. Jantar apenas dois pratos e com hora marcada. Sem sabor e com má qualidade. Demonstrei o meu desagrado e em nada tentaram que eu ficasse feliz… resumidamente paguei as refeições e não foram bem servidas… para um hotel de 4 estrelas deixa muito a desejar… só lamento a experiência e não voltarei a repetir

Excellent hotel with great service and facilities.
We were staying while my son was playing a football tournament. We stayed in a suite and it was excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet are small but of excellent quality. We will definitely stay here again.
