3 star stay!
Overall expetience was good. Check in was easy, but the bathroom was dirty with hairs all over the floor when I got there. Reception made sure I could have another room as they said it was too late to get someone to clean. The second room was clean - rooms overall are basic but clean. There is no conditioner, only a combined body/face wash/shampoo. Bottle of water was provided in the room. Breakfast was really good considering it was included in the price of the room!

Stayed here for 10 nights with a group of 15 people, we were all of the same opinion. With the exception of two perhaps three members of Staff this Hotel is very impersonal. The Bar staff always gave you the impression they had more important things to do. We ate our Breakfast in a Conference Room with a 100 yard walk to and back to the Buffet Bar. We ate in the Restaurant on one occasion only..Coaches came in most evenings, were gone early next morning but these travellers were given priority over our group constantly. We got the impression that we were an inconvenience to them. Never the less we enjoyed our stay there because our group was good company. Not once did the Manager, ( do they have a Manager) inquire as to our well-being. The reception desk was like a walk in centre, the staff completely changed every few hours. Very little care or attention payed to the Guests. Final verdict, Could and must do better.

Der aufenthalt war schön.
Allerdings einiges anders als in der Beschreibung. Rezeption nicht 24 Stunden besetzt, sondern von ca. 10 bis 16 Uhr. Den letzten Drink an der Bar gibt es zwischen 21:40 Uhr und 21:45 Uhr. Restaurant ist nur für Gäste mit halb Pension. Einfach abends ins Restaurant gehen um was zu essen geht nicht.
Hatte dieses Hotel leider Aufgrund der Beschreibung gebucht und war daher schon enttäuscht.
Personal jedoch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Zimmer waren staubig. Auf die Sauberkeit sollte man mehr wertlegen.
Frühstück war in Ordnung. Personal freundlich.
Das der Parkplatz etwas kostet, hat uns überrascht.

Leider war die Bandtüre defekt, somit hat man immer den Lüfter gehört.
