We now have a new record for check in speed! I've been traveling for business for over 45 years and it seems the check in process gets slower and slower. But not at this Quality Inn! The front desk clerk had my keys ready and I promise the entire process didn't take a full minute! I had to find this desk clerk's name to give him his due recognition. Se'Vontae is a true asset to the business. He has a great attitude, truly into customer service. The room is also nice, all in all a very nice hotel experience but it started with excellence at check in.

Bathroom light didn't work, had a short in it and we lost $5 trying to get pop out of the vending machine and the desk clerk said she couldn't do anything about it.

I stayed here just for an overnight stop. The room did have a bit of a smell, but the bed and sheets were very comfortable—I slept like a baby! The location was super convenient with easy highway access and gas stations nearby.
A couple of downsides: the lobby bathroom was closed for repairs, and the side entrance railing was broken.
The breakfast bar in the morning was very basic, but I was able to grab my coffee there and pick up breakfast at the gas station next door.

Gentleman who checked us in was very personable. The entire place was very clean. It is a bit dated, some elements need refurbishing, for example the nighstand drawers wouldnt stay closed. We didnt have breakfast, but it looked good. Impressed that there were 2 kinds of fresh fruit. I'd definately go back.

Was shocked to see such high ratings yet be given a room that had an overwhelming musky smell in it. It felt humid and damp in the room which led to not the best night of sleep. Room appeared clean but the smell just over powered my whole experience. Would not book again as there are so many other options in the area.

This hotel was very good, rooms were clean, updated and well equipped. The staff I dealt with were all nice and helpful, especially Delilah (front desk) who was excellent. I would definitely stay here again, a good value.

Place needs updating. Light fixture hanging down from ceiling, toilet was dirty, hard bed, large crack in ceiling. Gym had spare a/c units as storage, boxes, and little equipment. Staff at night was later back in chair watching phone, barely even visible. Could hear the person upstairs with every step. Place just not taken care of. Thankfully was only there for a few hours before early flight.

Good place to stay.
It worked out great for the businesa trip I was on. The staff was very friendly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again. Great value for what you get.

Very pleased with our stay. We stayed for a quick weekend in Cedar Rapids and were glad we picked this location. We will book here again if we return to Cedar Rapids.
