The problem with this hotel isn't with the staff, the cleanliness, or anything like that. It's that the one-bedroom rooms have the only bathroom accessible only through the bedroom! So not only do you have no privacy, but anyone sleeping on the pullout couch is forced to wake you up if they need the bathroom during the night. To make it even worse, the bathroom light switch is outside the bathroom, so the whole room floods with light for a second or two before you can get into the bathroom and close the door. How hard would it have been to place the bathroom in a way that it could also have a door to the main room? The bad night's sleep I got, combined with the moderately high cost, means I probably won't be back, especially if I'm sharing my room with friends or children.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Do not pre-pay for this hotel. We pre-paid it two nights and did not make it the first night, but were there for the second night and they gave our room away and took our money because we were not there the night before. Beware, they don’t care about taking your money or leaving your family without a place to stay they did both to us, took our money and we had no rooms.

I was visiting a family member at this hotel and was mistreated. I have never experienced this at any hotel, not even those below three stars. I smiled and said hello to a few of the employees in passing, and they looked at me like a piece of trash (housekeeping/front desk), dates 17th -19th of July. How is the hotel still open and operating? I did not request anything from anyone, and I was unsure why I was treated this way. Whoever runs this facility needs to get new staff and maybe fire the manager if they cannot hire friendly people. I hate saying that, but why would anyone stay where they are treated poorly, even as a guest of a person staying here? I am a nice and quiet person that minds their own business. Then I had my car given a warning for parking in their parking lot. I just parked my car, not even in a prohibited parking spot. I'm so damn confused. I think this company should be closed and revamped. Apologies do nothing for the experience I had. Although this is minor compared to what the actual guest experienced. But due to the current rules, I can't post anything for them.

2 night stay in a suite in May '23 ...... the rooms were dirty, TV screen and table tops and edges of the floor. The tub faucet has a 1 in. gap from the tile. The toilet flushes with low water pressure and splashes water on the seat, TV service is bad with no Guide on screen or on paper and you can't see the channel ID from the beds, there was a broken clock, the sink is too high unless you are very tall, and they double-billed my credit card! This hotel sucks and they won't see me again.

The room was average and not the cleanest. The dust on baseboard behind bathroom door was awful and you could write your name in the dust on the lamp beside the couch. The elevator was filthy dirty. Floor had not been swept for days. We stay Hiltons often this was not up to par in my opinion. Will continue to stay with Hilton but not sure would return here.

Nice size room. Had broken glass in kitchen area which wasn't replaced when I asked for the room to be serviced. By the way, they service room only after 4 days. No fresh towels or sheets, or trash removed. Key card system didn't work. Had to get a new key card at least once a day. Resorted to using the Hilton app on my phone. Don't bother with the breakfast "food". What was placed out was horrible. Unless you want to just fill your belly before getting lunch somewhere. It was quiet to sleep. The hotel next door is vacant so parking was easy.

The rooms are dated and duct tape seems to be their solution to flooring issues. The hotel needs an update and better housekeeping. Stayed one night and won't return unless they have a remodel. Staff was friendly.

I used this hotel to do work in nearby communities. I found it easy to access. The room provided a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker and the room was pretty quiet and comfortable. They just needed more electrical outlets at the desk.
