We ate a late night dinner at the Perkins Restaurant right across the parking lot and they gave us a 10%discount because we were staying here. Room was clean and bathroom was clean and bright. Front desk person was very nice. Breakfast was good!

The room was spotless as was the the morning breakfast area and a special person who deserves recognition for exemplary cleaning and work ethic and professionalism is Eva the morning breakfast lady. Everyone should strive to have that good of work ethic and dedication and special attention to guest service as she has. Any employer could be so lucky and proud to have such a wonderful employee that cares so much about their work with a smile and great attitude. Eva is worth more money than you could ever pay. A special thanks from me to Eva for being there.

This location was a perfect example of why I always stay at Holiday Inns. They are modern, clean and comfortable and without exception, the staff are very friendly. Desk Agent Tina was especially helpful after I had some confusion with the reservation call center.

This Express seems to be a cut above some of the others we have stayed at. This is 100% due to the friendly caring staff. Check in was wonderful with Alandra and her helper. I was welcomed as a member and everything was quickly explained. Prior to leaving the next morning I had a few questions which Monica was happy to help we with. We will stay here again when flying to Cedar Rapids.

As a very frequent business traveler who stays in very comparable hotels all across the United States, I left this hotel with absolutely no complaints and all praises. Rooms were spacious and clean. Amenities were well thought out. Breakfast was one of the best in this class of hotel. Desk staff was pleasant. Even Housekeeping greeted us as we were leaving. Maybe think about cleaning the carpets in the stairwells but beyond that, keep up the good work.

This is a good, solid place to stay. The beds are fine, and not too tall for my mom to get into. Most hotels now have unreasonably high beds for kids or elders to safely use. We slept well (especially mom). The accommodations were clean and decent enough. The staff, however, were GREAT! Each person we interacted with was helpful, friendly, and made sure to do whatever they could to help. When we first arrived, I asked to see the rooms to ensure we could comfortably stay (re the bed height and room layout). They showed me 3 of the rooms to show me our options. They also offered to switch our rooms if what we picked wasn't quite right. No hassles, no frustration, just helpfulness. This is the kind of service displayed throughout our stay. Can't say enough good things about this team, including Alondra, Kayla, Cheyenne, and Tina. I think I left one or 2 out, but truly, the whole staff made the stay a very good one. Thanks, team, for making a trip with a lot of other hassles a really good one for my mom and I! You made all the difference, and we will definitely be back.

This is a good, well run hotel with a nice staff. Our room was a typical 2 queen room with comfortable beds and a choice of pillows—firm or soft. The room was very clean and we were satisfied. The shower water pressure was outstanding but the blow dryer was pitiful. I am glad they provide one, but it was sub par. The included breakfast was nice with plenty of the usual hot and cold choices. We would stay here again if we were back in Cedar Rapids.
