We flew to the US to surprise family. After 36 hours of travel, our check-in woman was very kind and gave us a warm welcome home.

Too expensive for the value. The room is small , no mirror to see your outfit to go out so just imagine. The carpet was dirty, the pillow on the couch was nasty , the halls way to elevator dirty too. People at reception stained shirt, unpleasant view the dressed as working in the backyard. Breakfast was nice eggs, bread, sausages, coffee but the sitting place all dirty too. I thought it was a nicer place for the price. Pool not opened the key didn’t work at all and next day closed I didn’t see nobody in at anytime.There many other hotel in the area cheaper and maybe better quality.

Small room, not very clean or well maintained. TV worked briefly before going out. Called the front desk and was told she would try to reset it but it would probably be that way for the night. Don't waste your money! There are lots of other great hotels. We stay down here frequently, usually at a different place but they were sold out.

The room was very small and cramped. There was no closet, just a curtain drawn against the wall to cover up the ironing board and luggage stand. The bathroom was very tiny but clean; 2 people could not fit in it at the same time. The room had not been vacuumed as there were crumbs and other things all over the floor. Breakfast selections were not as many as other Hiltons, and the breakfast area consisted of folding tables and chairs. I don't like to give less than 5 stars, but this hotel did not earn that.

This is in a questionable area of town. Felt quite dirty overall. Elevators were out, (we were given a third floor room), was informed the cable doesn’t work, so no TV. The clerk was apologetic but couldn’t do anything to help us. Breakfast looked terrible. Price was expensive for what we got. Overall, not a good experience.

No channels worked on the tv, something they should tell people before they book especially since the staff said it’s been out for a while. My phone in my room didn’t work to call out or the front desk.

We are TV heads lol but the TV did not work, the elevator was being serviced and the ice machine was out of order, but our room was great, and breakfast was amazing!

Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel and Hampton Inn. This place has been allowed to run down. The name Hampton Inn stands for something and should be a guarantee that you are staying at the best, but not here. The cable did not work and therefore no good tv and could not even stream from my iPad. The refrigerator does not work. The floor of the cabinet area where the frig was, had holes in it. The tables from the breakfast were still dirty snd not cleaned up from earlier in the morning. I felt sorry for the young lady working the desk. She did what she could. Who ever oversees this place, should be fired. I noticed the rating for this place was 3 stars, but I disregarded the rating because it was a Hampton Inn. Will not make that mistake again, Should have stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites across the street. Please heed this recommendation.
