I was at this hotel on a 60 day job assignment. Consequently, I had to check out because the rooms are full of mold. I moved into another room on a different floor and that room had mold as well. The mold was so bad, it is embedded in my clothes and skin. No matter how many times I bathe and wash my clothes, the mold scent is still there. The staff was pleasant except one housekeeper. I was told she was fired after the incident. However, I saw her hanging out in her car in the parking lot. Ppl are telling me my clothes smell like wet wood. Very embarrassing.

Parking sucks allowing contractors to park trailers, 18 wheeler cabs I had to park off property and walk to the hotel

Disappointed. We saw several small roaches in the room. The hotel feels run down and would benefit from updates. It’s in a good location with a short drive to several shopping and dining options. There’s a restaurant across the parking lot.

Room with a view
The electrical outlet in the bathroom was neat 6ft high on an opposite wall from the sink and mirror. Normally they are next to or closer making it more accessible.
The shower head is a handheld one not making it easy to keep it one place.

When we checked in the gentleman at the front desk was not helpful and very short with us.
They dont have ice, and the ice machines in rooms didnt work. We had 10 rooms, all 10 were dirty even coffee pots had nasty dried on coffee grounds in them.
We had nasty black curly hair in multiple showers and in beds.
We asked for extra towels to shower, we were informed that there were no extras to be had.
Water in showers would only get luke warm and cooled off quickly after that.
Extremely loud through the night we had multiple parents having to ask for assistance with the noise through the night. This was a very gross and stressful stay. I would expect this from a cheaper motel.

Good customer service the girl manager at the front lobby she was so nice and took her time to explain everything well. Room was clean and organized.and it was super close to my event.. recommend to anyone. And wat is even better its pet friendly
