The front staff were very nice during our check-in. The room was ready and clean. The breakfast was below average. Two of the English muffins were moldy and the bagels were stale. My family and I ate breakfast elsewhere for the remainder of our stay. The remodeled rooms were nice, however, the bathroom was dated. Pillows were flat and lacked support. Shower head had calcium buildup which caused water to spray in every direction when in-use. The walls lack sound proofing so we can hear our neighbor’s conversation into the early morning, 3am! Housekeeping was fantastic on the 2nd day of our stay. We like that were we able to tip the housekeeper using a QR code. The 3rd housekeeper only switched out the dirty towels. The beds were not made. Overall, the staff was very nice but the service was sub-par for being a Marriott affiliate. Unlikely to stay next time we’re in town.
