Zì Maria

My boyfriend and I stayed at Zi Maria from May 5th to May 18th 2025 and had a wonderful time here. We spent the two weeks partly working remotely in Cecina and partly on vacation – and for both, the apartment was ideal! The apartment was pleasantly spacious for two people, super clean, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the location was hard to beat! Waking up every day to a view of the sea and the promenade of Marina di Cecina was a dream. We especially want to highlight the hospitality and helpfulness of Federica – thanks to her, it was impossible not to feel comfortable at Zi Maria.

Such a beautiful guest house on a beautiful location. Very close to the beach and many great bars and restaurants. The staff was very kind and helpful! We had two balconies and a big fridge for keeping snacks and drinks cool, which is a big plus. The guest house is easy to find if you follow the instructions sent to you by the staff. It is located on a restricted traffic zone area, which means there is no noise from traffic. There’s a buzzing night life, but as soon as you close the doors/windows, the room gets really nice and quiet. We were told that the guest house only just opened up earlier this year, so even though some of the interior was a little worn out, it was still very acceptable and we had a good stay :) Highly recommend!
