Total experience is amazing. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good housekeeping very helpful staff. I just forgot to give tips for housekeeping and the staff help us from checking out.

We had a great stay at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu. The location on Nivel Hills offered a fantastic view of the city and a relaxing atmosphere away from the traffic. The staff were professional and very accommodating throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Cafe Marco, which had an excellent variety. Overall, it was a comfortable experience and we would definitely return.

MP peeps are accommodating including the hotel nurse who’s very kind and approachable when i had a finger cut. Breakfast’s good! Had fun at the pool and gym area as well.

Our family had a wonderful experience! We were truly impressed by the fantastic location, the comfort and cleanliness of our room, the delicious food offerings, and the inviting pool. In fact, we enjoyed every single aspect of our stay – it was simply the best!

amenities not complete, no toothpaste
water coming out from somewhere flooding the sink
table in the bathroom.
bathing area (tub) not for people with disabilities or mobilization problems.
still uses plastic water bottles in thr room
I was not allowed to enjoy dimsum from the restaurant while I was in the lobby area.while having dinner and drinks with friends.
Top hotels allow this after all its a SALE!
