Lot of cockroach , the toilet smells urine all over the floor even if we clean it using soap.. the blanket has stain and the aircon stop in the middle of the night. The creepiest hotel we’ve stayed here in cebu. Specially going to the pool.

During my last night, there was a power interruption that lasted for about 5minutes. I was alone in my room, I had never been more scared my entire life. I called their reception but no one was picking up the phone for like 15mins. When I finally was able to speak with someone over the phone, I was surprised to hear her reaction. It was like nothing happened. I asked what is the cause, she said she will again after 5mins to give me an update. But 45mins passed and no one bothered to check me on my room. I called again and the reception only told me that it was due to power fluctuations. Also, when I arrived on my first day there was no slippers. No toothpaste and no lotion, considering this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

While this hotel was supposed to a little Luxury on our last night in Cebu agyer travelling for the last week in El Nido
we were dissapointed as the shower ran cold and the TV was old and there was no remote present .
We just wanted to shower and relax before our next flight to Bagiou City
Seemingly, the boiler was replaced, which was not mentioned on our check in
The room was adequate, and at least the air conditioning worked
over all it was OK but not the best stay I have ever had

Nice spot for Sinulog but we was really disappointed for this hotel! It’s not worth it of what we paid for! No power, no water, we supposedly stay there for 3nights but when we checked in the room is too small! Broken toilet door and front door, broken kettle, doesn’t flush the toilet and dirty, no Bath mat, it was really horrible.We end up not staying there, we canceled our 1night after Sinulog.
