I was told that there was no hot water. I was planning to stay for 3 nights, but I changed hotels because I didn't know when the hot water would come out. I had no choice but to stay for one night, but the remaining two nights were non-refundable.

Maintenance is bad or should i say worst...no hot water in shower..cant use t.v...hair Blower is broken.after calling them,,they didnt even bother to check . towels are dirty looking(dirty white) obviously looks.old like decades of using already..buffet breakfast food are not good but expensive....

The room was very nice, clean, and the service was very thoughtful. I got up late in the morning and didn't enjoy breakfast. I couldn't understand the secretary when communicating with the front desk, so I used a translator. The staff was also very patient.
