I really like this hotel for its price. They offer the basics: bottled water, 2 instant coffee, toothbrush, soap and shampoo. No ref though, no big deal for us and understandable for the price. More importantly, there’s a bidet spray. They require 500 deposit. Tazza/Tamp cafe is just outside and other restos.Location is good if your target area is IT Park or around Lahug be mindful thu that traffic is heavy during rush hour. Aircondition is the typical window type so expect some noise, not for those who are very sensitive to noise. Room size is decent compared to others, with a big window. They have special rates for different checkin times and stay duration. I’m pretty sure I’d book here again.

Though my stay was nearly flawless, I did notice minor noise from outside, which could be improved with better soundproofing; however, this didn’t significantly affect the overall experience.
