The room was not clean, We changed another room. My father put the hot water in the water cooler, it melted and we paid P$300 when check out. They give you one room card the second card needs deposit. I like the gym.

Stayed 2 nights. The hotel is similar to a European one, there is hot water in the shower, drinking water in coolers on the floors, excellent Wi-Fi, spacious room, beautiful building. Location in the center, 15 minutes walk to the Alayla shopping center. The room has a mini kitchen: stove, saucepan, multicooker, microwave, kettle, dishes and cutlery. No frying pan. Room 604. The sheets on both beds had stains that looked like fresh ones, the air conditioner remote control worked only on the second day after repeated requests. The TV remote control never came to life. Of course, like in other hotels in the Philippines where I lived, the room was not cleaned.

Used to be a reasonable last year,
Seems 3 staff standing behind desk mobile phones handy, I wonder what they actually do,….possibly they be better off cleaning, checking and preparing rooms ?

Very nice staff and the rooms are clean and modern. You can prepare your own food in the kitchen and the WiFi and TV are great for rainy days. Thank you for the lovely time
