AC Hotel Santiago de Los Caballeros ★★★★
"The hotel rooms were nice, and the breakfast was excellent. The rooftop on the 9th floor had a great environment, with a swimming pool and a cigar bar, and a very close view of the memorial tower—a good spot for chatting, drinking, and smoking."
Hodelpa Gran Almirante ★★★
"A very good hotel with a very good environment. I especially recommend the restaurant in the hotel. The service is very good. There is a casino when you turn right outside. I didn't go in, but it looks good. The surrounding is very safe. There is a steak house on Friday when you turn left outside. The price is a bit expensive, but the taste is good."
Hotel Santiago, Curio Collection by Hilton ★★★★
"Located in the business center of San Diego, the hotel is new, the rooms are large, and it offers great value for money!"
Nohian Collection Hotels ★★★★
"Great location close to shopping and fun places. We love the Nohian for the decor and wonderful art. Our room offered comfort and space to relax. My wife says the pillows are the best. One of the greatest pleasures is that the Barilo restaurant on the roof might be one of the best food experiences in all of Santiago. This was our second time staying at the Nohian, and we will be back soon. Thanks to the kind staff."
Hodelpa Garden Court ★★★
"The rooms are nice, but it's inconvenient to get a taxi here. Uber can't get a driver. The location is very close to the airport, and the hotel has a car to drop off at the airport. There is an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor gym. There is no kettle in the room, you can get water from the water dispenser in the gym."
Platino Hotel & Casino ★★★
"It's average, the room is medium sized, the main problem is that the soundproofing is poor. Living on the first floor, you can hear the noise from the front desk and the street, and there are a lot of texts. But the breakfast of this hotel is very good"
Hampton by Hilton Santiago de Los Caballeros ★★
"Since the hotel has been open for less than a year, the exterior looks clean, but the guest rooms were not clean, with stains on the windows and walls. In particular, the Wi-Fi in the guest rooms and lobby was so slow and unreliable that I had to use my mobile data tethering to access the internet. Furthermore, the rooms had absolutely no soundproofing; I could hear conversations, TV sounds, and phone calls from the next room clearly, making it so uncomfortable and noisy that it gave me goosebumps. The breakfast was the absolute worst, to the point where it was unbelievable for a Hilton brand. There was no vegetable salad, and the omelets were not cooked fresh but rather made in bulk; they were soggy like mochi and had a strong eggy smell. The restaurant staff were also terrible. I saw a female employee leaning crookedly against the side wall, fiddling with her long hair with her fingers while fixing it, so I immediately dropped what I was eating and left for the dining area. Additionally, none of the staff members looked smiling; they had a rebellious expression and gave off the impression that guests were a bother. I was dumbfounded to see the restaurant staff serving themselves food from the set plates during breakfast. Also, it was a baffling experience to see guests having to go to the serving counter themselves to pour coffee from a thermos into a mug. Furthermore, forks and life strips were wrapped in linen and set on the table, but napkins were not provided at all. The forks and life strips wrapped in linen did not look hygienic. The bathroom shower was extremely inconvenient because it was installed only on the upper part of the wall. Even when I wanted to use the portable handheld showerhead to thoroughly wet specific parts of my body, the high-pressure water from the high-mounted showerhead was inconvenient. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel a second time and would not recommend it to others. Additionally, there are many restaurants and dance clubs nearby, making it very noisy, and the lack of soundproofing disturbed my sleep, making me feel like the accommodation fee was a complete waste. Moreover, while there were many restaurants around the hotel, there were absolutely no convenience facilities such as convenience stores, supermarkets, or pharmacies; this was a hotel where I had to take a taxi for about 10 minutes just to use a convenience store. I will never stay here again."
Hotel Casa Jum ★★★
"The room is large, the lighting is bright, and there is a small terrace on the roof. It is very cost-effective."
Hodelpa Centro Plaza ★★★
"The overall experience is very good. The environment and hygiene are good. The room is large and the lighting is good. The front desk staff can speak English. There are also many restaurants and attractions around. It is very suitable for both business trips and vacations."
