"I can say that our staying experience at Onal Motel was terrible. Since we arrived at the Onal, they said that the hotel closed the service due to low season in Uzungol during this period. They ignore us.Despite our payment already being charged with fully paid upon make reservations in system of Trip.com. We were speechless. Do we have to walk around Uzungol to look for the new hotel? Fortunately our local van driver helping us by negotiating with the hotel owner. Finally the hotel owner allowed us to stay at the Onal. Regarding the room no doubt, we got a different room ( not the room type we made a reservation for) Also the room condition was totally not ready for the service. We had no choice , just go on then. I just don't understand how this happened? Who's fault? *********** or Onal Motel or both sides? If a local van driver is not helping us, how were we ? Money paid off but no service and been abandoned. This is unacceptable."

"The location was not bad, it was about the operation. We chose a kitchen room, the room was small bed big. The kitchen items were bad especially when the ceiling was broken. Balcony and balcony tables and chairs were beautiful. But the privacy part was troubled. Rooms also sound."

"The room really same with the picture they show to us..very clean, staff very kind.i feel comfortable stay there for 2 nights. Just couple steps from the lake.and just 1.4 km to galo omad cafe, somine cafe and other cafes that has very beautiful views.so you don't need ride taxi to the cafe's l,just walk .i really recommend this hotel to all travellers."

"As a guest of the Akyüz family, I would like to share the positive and negative aspects. The positive aspects of the hotel are very beautiful, it has a fascinating view, we are in touch with nature, the breakfast is open buffet and wonderful, everything is delicious and plentiful, the hotel price is reasonable. The reception is very interested and polite. The transactions progressed quickly and we were directed to our room. The negative aspects. The room smelled a little heavy, it may be because it was not ventilated enough. It was also not the same as the room in the picture sent via vtsap. The landscape in front of the door is different, the picture may not be up to date, there may have been a change. It would be healthier to send an up-to-date picture. There is a kettle in the rooms, but tea and coffee were sent open, but I would have preferred it to be in a closed package. Tea was sent again because there was no coffee in terms of hygiene. The hotel has its own cafe. I did not like that it was said that there is a tea and coffee service for a fee in the cafe section. My own comment is that the hotel guests can be served at certain hours. The reason I am mentioning the negative aspects is for them to take a little more into consideration, it is definitely not to badmouth the hotel. I am generally satisfied with the hotel, I will prefer it again and I will make recommendations for those who come."
