Very clean, food was amazing, convenient right across the street from golf cart rental. I did run across a problem with my room and they were very understanding and fixed it right away. Would definitely come back! Also everything was in good walking distance if you don’t mind walking

We had a wonderful stay here. Lorena couldn’t do enough for us. She was so attentive and made us so comfortable and happy. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the endless hours sipping cocktails on the hammocks in the breeze.

This is a beautiful property with great rooms and onsite service that makes you feel "at home." The pool is relaxing and easily accessible. Great are to layout and soak up the sun, enjoy a drink at the swim up bar or frolick in the refreshing water. The restaurant was amazing. Hot and tasty local dishes, served with love and always "on point." The outdoor seating is extraordinary and a terrific place to enjoy drinks or meals or to enjoy the breathtaking view. Loved every minute of our stay, and it was made extra special by our interactions with Victor, Maribelle, Lorena and all of the thoughtful staff at Island Magic.

Lorena arranged our transportation to the island and all day snorkeling with Mario's who took us snorkeling on a catamaran and fed us the best chicken on the island! Great crew!!Edrial picked us up and he was so very friendly. Amy checked us in and was key in arranging our taxis and comfort. This hotel is full of hospitality & great energy! Alejandra kept crystal our room clean. The restaurant had such fresh delicious food! Gustino, Bibi, and Cordelia provided great service. So accommodating! I felt 100% safe here. I traveled with my daughter and that was important!! I highly recommend and I have high expectations when I travel.

It was exceptionally pleasant, and the staff were extraordinarily amiable and accommodating. I would unequivocally recommend it. The resort features a splendid pool and a dock where you can swim in front of the beach. Additionally, it boasts a breathtaking view and a restaurant that offers an extensive array of culinary options.

Amazing place I cannot praise the staff enough especially Lorena She was so very helpful especially when we needed the landline phone for an emergency. Our room 19 is beautiful the view is stunning we even stayed an extra night it was that good. Thank you so much!

The staff is wonderful. Lorena and Amy were very helpful in setting up and getting my excursions booked and getting me dropped off for. They were super easy to work with. The resort was clean and very convenient to the restaurants, water taxi, and really everything on the island.

So easy friendly and absolutely beautiful. Walk out to the pool or Caribbean sea from your room. They even pick you up at the Caye Caulker ferry on the south island . No extra charges. Even the food was great. Minutes to the split. We will come back to luxury. For an amazing price.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple days. First of all, the management was great. They helped you when you needed something and the cleaning service was very quick. The pool was amazing, with a poolbar, and the sea was very close. Everything in the room worked well. I had a very nice stay and I recommend this hotel!!
