Fiquei com minha equipe de trabalho por uma diária. Atendimento, espaço, localização, tudo é realmente sensacional. Mas o Hotel estava sem água quete. E isso ocorreu antes do nosso check in. Mas não fomos informados... Então depois de um dia exaustivo, toda a equipe dormiu sem banho, pois eu já havia pago a estadia no momento da entrada. Na manhã seguinte, seguimos sem banho quente e agora com parte do café da manhã, também gelado, pois os rechauds que mantinham a comida quente também não estavam funcionando. Não recomendo baseado em nossa experiência.

A localização é excelente, bem no centro, o que facilita bastante o deslocamento. O atendimento da equipe foi um ponto positivo, todos muito educados e prestativos, especialmente as camareiras. No entanto, a estrutura física do hotel deixa muito a desejar. O ambiente é visivelmente antigo, com carpetes que aparentam sujeira, o que compromete bastante a sensação de conforto e higiene. O ponto mais crítico foi o café da manhã: o buffet estava em péssimo estado. As frutas pareciam ter sido jogadas de qualquer maneira nas bandejas, muitas delas já em processo de decomposição. A apresentação geral causava repulsa, dando a impressão de que estavam há dias guardadas na geladeira. Uma experiência extremamente desagradável.

Sobrevendieron la habitación, no tenían la nuestra. Más de dos horas esperando para que nos digan. Desastre. Encima nos querían mandar a otro hotel en otra ciudad, sin más opciones. Tuvimos que buscar en el mismo día otro hotel, más caro y alejado del centro. Muy mala experiencia

Hotel antigo, razoavelmente reformado. Quarto amplo, com mini-cozinha. Ammenities, roupa de cama e de banho regulares. Café da manhã sem maiores diferenciais. A garagem é bem ruim para sair, especialmente se você estiver no piso inferior.

Para uma estadia curta, um ou dois dias é bom hotel. Tem uma ótima localização, no centro da cidade, perto de um parque. Para mais tempo começa a aparecer os defeitos. Fiquei uma semana e quebrou a descarga, a internet é ruim, apresenta carpete rasgado, parede desgastada, lâmpadas queimadas, balcão solto, itens de madeira desgastados. Se houvesse uma modernização seria um otimo lugar, os apartamentos são grandes, confortáveis mas os proprietários não se importam em melhorar. Apenas um staff no domingo para atender a portaria e controlar acesso a garagem. Café da manhã simples, garagem apertada para carros grandes,

Pela 2a vez nos hospedamos nesse hotel em Caxias do Sul. Recepção acolhedora e simpática. Apto.espaçoso, bem ventilado e iluminado. Colchão, travesseiros, ducha, itens de cozinha, produtos de higiene e limpeza são adequados e confortáveis. Café da manhã muito bom, administrado pela funcionara Arlete que controla tudo com perfeição. TV, Wi-fi, secador de cabelos, luminárias, ar condicionado split, tudo perfeito. Recomendo o hotel, muito bom a preços justos.

Os quartos são espaçosos e equipados, mas falta manutenção. A localização é boa, perto do centro de restaurantes. O café da manhã é bom. A garagem é ruim, quem fica no primero subsolo sofre para parar o carro. O acesso tem que ser feito por escada para chegar na garagem. Para uma curta estadia vale a pena. Equipe atenciosa.
