The staffs are friendly, the place is clean and its feel likes the old Lisbon which makes sense since it’s still in operation for 140 years. Everything is in walking distance and I feel safe. I especially love that’s it close to the park that have the mineral water.

At downtown and close everything. The room is tiny but to day stay is enough. The breakfast is perfect with protein and fruits. The lack of info is about parking; three blocks from hotel, dirty and drains problembecause lot of rains or infiltration water on floor so potencial dengue outbrake.

O mais antigo hotel em funcionamento contínuo no país, com 141 anos em atividade. Prédio histórico e bem mantido. Em hoteis assim sao comuns o cheiro de lofo, o envelhecimento das instalações e ser tudo muito escuro e pouco prático. Neste hotel não. o que é antigo está bem mantido, limpo, o predio é agradável e ensolarado. Otimas piscinas, mesmo a pequena fechada e aquecida. Serviço muito atencioso, bem humorado. Café da manhã com pouca variedade mas bem feito. Quarto espaçoso, claro, razoavelmente arejado. Como ressalva, apenas o banheiro do quarto standard que pede reforma. A localização é a melhor possível, carro somente para ir ao mirante ou sair da cidade.

Não é bom, mas tbm não é ruim. Hotel antigo mas conservado na medida do possível. Roupa de cama precisa ser atualizado, principalmente os cobertores, da época do Império. Ar condiconado de parede do século passado. Mas o chuveiro é muito bom e relaxante. Agua quente em abundância. Piscina aquecida agradável. Funcionários antigos e prestativos. Muito gentis. Café da manhã simples e nada glamuroso. Nem tinha queijos mineiros... Só um pão de queijo simples... Frutas, presunto e queijo e 2 opções de bolo. Por isso a nota "mediana" tendendo pra mais baixa. Preço razoável...

Bom custo/beneficio
Acomodações simples, mas satisfatórias. Localização excelente, perto de tudo, não sendo necessário usar carro. A única coisa negativa é que não pegava internet no quarto. O Wi-Fi não estava funcionando, notificamos mais de uma vez e nada foi feito para resolver.
