Good location to view.morning balloons as they pass overhead.

Overall good stay. The room was spacious and stylish. Adorable cats are living in the premices. Breakfast is quite good. Staff was helpful. Every morning you can watch hot air balloons just in front of the hotel. But once they forgot to make up the room though we asked about it. Shower was difficult to use, water was spilling outside which was uncomfortable. Knob of the face wash tab was awkward to use.

We stayed here for a couple of nights between Istanbul and Antalya to see the hot air balloons and the many other amazing sights Cappadocia has to offer. We arrived late (around 3am) but were able to check in no problem. The cave room had character with the stone bedroom and bathroom which was a different and pretty cool experience. The bed was comfortable and the lighting was all fine, however the shower was broken. We didn’t bother mentioning this as we only had a short stay and didn’t want to be moved again, but it is something we’d expect should be checked before new guests check in to the room. There was a rooftop terrace where we could have watched the balloons but it was a little tired looking and could have done with a revamp, so we booked a trip to see them from the top of the valley which was 100% worth the money (would definitely recommend!) The location was good although a little far away from the main town, so a lot of the excursions wouldn’t come to collect us which was a shame. We did manage to find some in the end after some searching. Due to being a little further out, there were only a couple of restaurants around which was fine for us as we were only there for 2 nights. It perhaps wouldn’t be ideal for a longer stay. The breakfast option at the hotel was pretty basic - coffee, cheeses and cold meats but fine for our purposes. The staff were friendly and helpful enough but we had limited interactions with them. Overall, a good experience and good value for money.

Nice, tidy, clean rooms, very friendly staff. Only reason i couldnt give 5 stars is water in the shower was not really hot and the pressure of the water was low, it makes you want to shower as quick as possible. And there was not much options for breakfast.
