It will not heat above 80 degrees in the winter. If it is raining, it will not heat above 70 degrees. Pool propane will cost $175/day, 4 consecutive day minimum. The hot tub is a snap to heat at $45/day. ⚠ RENTER DETAILS: Minimum primary renter age is 30. $300 additional refundable deposit will be required.
