PERCEVEJOS NAS CAMAS!! Acordamos todos picados e como identificamos como percevejos, andamos a procura los e encontramos vários vivos na cama e no sofá. Informamos os responsáveis que desvalorizaram completamente, disseram ser uma "formiga grande" e não ofereceram novas opções como arranjarmos outro quarto no mesmo hotel ou realojar nos noutro estabelecimento. Basicamente tivemos de dormir com os bichos novamente, eles vieram connosco na mala, tivemos de pagar a uma empresa de desinfecção para nos fumegar todas as roupas, malas, sacos.... Enfim, a NUNCA MAIS REPETIR Além disso, nem reembolso nos deram.

We stayed 2 nights at this resort. The bungalow was very decent with a spacious bedroom and living room. The bathroom is a little small but sufficient. There is air conditioning and hot water. The price is very reasonable compared to the offer. The welcome and service are good and warm. The breakfast is excellent for the price (€5). Evening meals were very good. 2 magnificent beaches below the hotel. To recommend. The negative comments from 2020 and before are now, in my opinion, no longer justified.

A place with a fabulous view, not so much facilities! When we arrived they had changed the bungalows we requested, but worse than that! They didn't have air conditioning and the ceiling fans were missing blades that had been painted!! As if that wasn't enough, we never had towels, they "hadn't dried", we had to use our own. We must praise the friendliness of our collaborator António, the only reason why we stayed. The person responsible was supposedly a "Silvino" who never answered the phone to Antônio, much less to us, without bothering to return calls. A paradisiacal place, which deserved a little more.

I stayed 3 days with my partner at N'Guembú Nature Resort and we really had a good time there. The place is a bit difficult to find if you're coming from São Tomé City, but you can always ask the locals for help and if we managed to find it so can you. The beaches by the resort are beautiful and you have them all for yourself. The bungalows are good to sleep, clean and the one we stayed had a/c and hot water. We just used the accommodation to sleep and it was more than enough for us. The restaurant was the meeting place at the resort where you can meet other travellers and have lunch or/and dinner. The food was delicious. And here goes a big "thank you" to Antonio who helped us arranging a day trip to the Ilhéu das Rolas with his friend Etiene and made us feel welcome and shared a lot of laughs with us and the other travellers during breakfast and dinner time. Besides Antonio we must give a big "thank you" to Ezequiel who showed us around Porto Alegre and made our visit at the local school an unforgettable one. And if you ever come to N'guembú ask for Ezequiel because he can show you around the city of Porto Alegre and arrange different kinds of tours. I'd also suggest that you walk around the other beaches close to N'guembú because they are really beautiful, specially Praia Piscina. If we ever come to Porto Alegre we would definitely stay again at N'guembú Resort.
