Xania, is absolutely my favorite place, always draws me back to Cumbuco, you are Family here The best courteous friendly staff in every way. Thank you Neil, Thank You Rafael, Thank You Lino, the nicest Veranda, comfortable mice rooms, great pool an hangout area. 5 star all the way! I will always come back here.

After my second visit, I can confidently say that Xainã is one of the best stays in the state of Ceará- lovely property, well maintained rooms, and a charming staff make the stay well worth it.

Truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Really comfortable rooms, great common areas and pools - really lovely. Also the most incredible, helpful, friendly, amazing staff I've ever met at any hotel. They went above and beyond - helping get medication, laundry, Uber ordeals, the list goes on. Would go back to Brazil just to stay at this Pousada, couldn't recommend it enough!

This stay was simply the best we've had in over a month's travel through Italy and Brazil, despite it being the lowest cost. The huge standout was the staff, every one of whom were wonderfully friendly, helpful, and attentive, I couldn't rate them more highly. Our room was very comfortable and well set out. The included breakfast was delicious and diverse, including cooked meals to order. The centrally located pool was clean, perfect temperature, and greatly enjoyed by all the guests. Atmosphere was friendly, relaxed and welcoming. Location was great, a short walk to a lovely clean sandy beach with clear water, we walked for kilometres along the beach and enjoyed a swim in the waves, water temperature was ideal. There is currently some roadwork going on to repair damage caused by the heavy rains, which made getting to the pousada a bit difficult, but I expect that will be fixed in a few days.

Just wanted to say that this place is impeccable and amazing. Only went to spend the day at the beach and ended up staying for the night. Neil sorry if the spelling is wrong, what a guy was a pleasure to meet you. You and your team have made my experience the best it could have been, the vibe the place has and the artistic decor is just perfect. Worth every penny even more to be honest. I'll be back in December. Big thanks to you and your team

After having stayed here for an amazing ten days, I can honestly say that I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Cumbuco. This place is like paradise on earth! We even saw humming birds, small lizards and loads of othe beautiful exotic birds. Very exotic feeling, especially with all the amazing trees and flowers that are out all year round! All the staff are friendly and polite, the well stocked buffet breakfast has something for everyone I would think and the owner and family are very accommodating. No wonder they have such a high review score. They'll call you a taxi if you want, give any advice you need, nothing appears too much trouble. Drinks are available all day, including free coffee, water and cake all day! Loads of interesting little chill out areas, lovely pool and jacuzzi. Only a five minute stroll to the beach and a few chilled nearby bars/eateries. Only ten minutes walk to the town, maybe less, where there are some nice shops and bars including live bands in the evening. Whole heartedly recommended. Thanks guys for a great time.
