Place is a wreck. Held together with duct tape. Doors don’t lock bathroom is disgusting cold water leaks under sink leaks. Sheets smell of disinfectant masked with air freshener. Didn’t even stay overnight left instead at 2 am because it was unbearable.

I'm not giving it one star because the place met my expectations, which were quite low at the outset. The cottage was of mid-century design that is badly in need of renovation (broken fixtures, uncovered electrical outlets, mold/mildew growth in the bathroom). It was a non-smoking room, but clearly people were smoking there. I think the place was emblematic of the Catskills as an area that once was a great place to visit, but has fallen into disrepair over the past several decades.

We like the playground just in front of the room. The pool is closes. The motel is degraded and used. The owner is kind. We like our stay for the activities nearby in the Catskill region.

Shows there was a pool but the pool is half covered with tarp. Grass is very overgrown. We wound up not even checking in. Very disappointed.

Pool was filled in years ago not like the picture on *******. Smells like sewage. I didn’t stay. I left. Place was disgusting

This property is disgusting. The pictures on ******* must be 30 years old. The room had stains on the carpets. There is hair and disgustingness all over the bathroom floors. There were hairs in “clean” sheets, the air conditioning is a very flimsy not put in well old window unit, NO AMENITIES not to mention There are homeless people living amongst you do not stay here.!!!

Property was nothing like photos on *******. Everything run down and in need of repairs. Also at least 5 miles from any restaurants or other services. Disappointed. Not recommended.
