PEGGIOR 4 STELLE DI CATANIA! Reception squallida e piccolissima, “divisa” a metà con lo spazio colazione attraverso un brutto paravento (neppure nelle pensioni ad una stella). Colazione con prodotti dozzinali (brioche immangiabili), disposti in condizioni igieniche approssimative. La nostra stanza “Superior” non aveva finestre ma solo una vetrata che affacciava su un corridoio interno dove passavano altri ospiti, che quindi potevano guardarci nella camera. Proprio attaccato alla vetrata era incredibilmente presente addirittura un tavolino con le sedie, così mentre ci cambiavano altre persone sedute al tavolo chiacchieravano e ci guardavano. Ci siamo lamentati alla reception chiedendo del Direttore ma ci è stato risposto che non c’era ma che ci avrebbe richiamato per scusarsi dell’accaduto. Ovviante non l’ha mai fatto. VERGOGNA! Abbiamo le foto che documentano la situazione.

Good stay in catania. Super busy city but overall stay is good. Breakfast is so so. Can have more choices. Its abit too basic. Room is big enough and clean. Love it.

Good no fuss and conveniently located with very handy parking facilities. Staff- Stefania and Claidia- super helpful.

Breakfast simple but effective would have enjoyed fresh fruit variety more than just apple, kiwi.

The surrounding area looks like an industrial factory. There is nothing to see or visit around. It is not in the center. Parking is free and convenient. I don't recommend staying here.

The hotel is neat, the breakfast is really very extensive and has everything. What is strange is that you have to pay for the bottle of water from the fridge. This is poorly indicated in the hotel only at the reception. Furthermore, fine beds and friendly people.

Excellent hotel, located in a strategic position if you want to visit the city. Kind and attentive staff to your every request. Highly recommended

The location is a bit inconvenient for traveling because public transportation in Catania takes a long time to arrive. The hotel is quiet and newly built, with good facilities and delicious breakfast.

Hotel is located in a suburb. Sea without swimming, restaurants within walking distance. Bus connection could be improved. 10 minutes walk from Pirandelli train station.

Welcoming and kind. Comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent idea for unattended parking, free with access barrier. Not very close to the center, but close to the seafront and the many clubs.

Too bad the room didn't have a window

A really great, clean hotel… can only be recommended, an excellent restaurant nearby… looking forward to another visit…

Everything impeccable, rooms with quality details, very good breakfast and very good service.
