Everything was phenomenal as expected, but a highlight for us was visiting the Avengers themed bar where myself and my family members tried each and every cocktail on the menu. Hung, our server went above and beyond to explain each of the cocktails to us in great detail. Thank you.

Very nice hotel that's located few minutes to Disneyland, have shuttle buses every few minutes. Food also very delicious but expensive

Disney smiles and hospitality on display. Everyone well trained and friendly. A bit on the pricier side but price is transparently displayed for you to choose. Definitely recommended! Modern rooms, great concierge, heated pool, and themed hotel. It is a Disney hotel

Great location, room was spacious enough. Shuttle bus to disneyland available every 10 mins. 15 mins taxi ride to hongkong airport.

You can roam around the 3 hotels using their bus. You can also access the MTR and park with their free shuttle, around 15mins interval. Though the bus stop is 10mins walk to the park entrance, you can have a no queue park entrance for hotel guest. if its your birthday, disney will give you gift

The room is clean and nice, service is good, the only improvement will be if the hotel could have more restaurants available during night time.

Hotel provide shuttle bus to Disneyland that bring convenience to us.

We will definitely come back. Staffs are friendly and accomodating. The room is very relaxing and the view is just perfect.

Super Nice Hotel with Ultra Friendly Staff. Enjoyed their deluxe Marvel theme room with bathtub. 2 double bed large enough for 2A2K. Toothbrush and paste is not given as theres new policy for hotel to go green and only provide shampoo / shower gel and conditioner. There's complimentary bus shuttle to / fro Disneyland / MTR every 10mins till 1am. Journey is about 5mins. In event of rain, hotel have free Disney umbrella to loan...No need to sign out, just return it when you return back to hotel.

Super clean and nice ambiance. The hotel has been newly renovated so refreshing :). The reception staff also very knowledgeable about the entire Disneyland Resort area ;)

We had an amazing time at the park and the hotel. The staff was friendly and it was super convenient getting to the park and back to the hotel. We will definitely be visiting again

Disney hotel is top tier! They are so professional in every step. Loved the decor and of course being able to meet Minnie Mouse in the lobby was magical. No long wait for us! The shuttles to and from the park were frequent and quick. The room itself is great for kids! Kid friendly toilet seat and bathtub. Everyone had a blast and we will be coming again.

Good for family, clean and new

2 rooms for 4 adults + 2 kids.  The rooms are pretty good - they gave us two rooms joining together - 1 twin bed (1.2meters each) and 1 king (1.8meters).  The service is better than I expected, as the Hollywood hotel does not have many activities , but the hotel staff can drive us to the Disney Hotel - which is much grander with indoor swimming pool. Disney hotel’s kids playing room is much bigger too. The felicities can be enjoyed by hotel guests of any of the 3 hotels.  My kids enjoyed a lot of the indoor swimming pool, as the water is heated. The hotel staff provides kids safety vests, both for my 6 year old and 2 year old. The vests fit perfectly. The changing room also has sauna room and hot water jacuzzi. I can spend hours there.  For the hotel shuttle to/from Disneyland park, you don’t need to worry to much. The hotel staff will tell you everything. The park opens at 10am. Even though we went to wait for the shuttle at 930am, I felt we were late. Too many ppl were ahead of us.  If given me one more time, I would buy the early park access for 9am entrance to Elsa first, as this ride is the single most sought after ride, the waiting time is 60-120mins all day long.  Anyway, hope this helps .
