The location of the hotel is very good. The sea is crystal clear. Activities for children fill the whole day. The staff is friendly but the number of staff is not enough for the guests. The cleaning is of medium quality. The food is delicious and the varieties are sufficient. The aqua parks are sufficient for children.

Nice facilities with excellent pools, water park and beach. We stayed in a bungalow which was infested with mosquitoes and smelt of sewerage. Dining was acceptable however seemed to be catering for 1000 people at a time. Dinner was ok and breakfast a lot better. It seems that the best facilities are reserved for the high rollers. We were invited to the hotel previously and had a fantastic meal in the main building however this time we left dissatisfied and won’t go back to stay.

Ön Büro ( Başarılı ve İlgili ) House Keeping ( Başarılı ) - Oda Kalitesi ( Kötü hala tüplü televizyon kullanıyorlar ve antenle Tv izlemeye çalışıyorsunuz Ana Restorant : ( Kötü ) Bir kere restorant ana bina ve villalara uzak , yemeklerdeki içecekler 3 hatta 4 sınıf ( Nemrut marka rakı veriliyor, kola vb içecekler makineden basılıyor.Sıcaklar genellikle şoklu ürünler döner, adana,köfte vs ) ****** ( Orta-İyi ) Gazinoda yeterli sayıda makinesi mevcut fakat burda da hengi ürünü sipariş verirseniz verin ucuz alkol servis ediliyor. Blue Lable istiyorsunuz garson gidip size başka bir şey getirebiliyor.
