Exceptional facilities, grounds and staff. The Hacienda is so peaceful. Great customer service from Katie in reservations, Christina at the reception desk, to all of the restaurant and housekeeping personnel. The accommodations are so comfortable and have a wonderful Southwest flavor. We always love walking the beautiful grounds and swimming in any of the pools (all with scenic views). We highly recommend staying or even just dining at this wonderful resort.

My team couldn’t stop raving about how helpful and attentive everyone was & the level of customer service truly exceeded our expectations. They were completely blown away by the resort and the overall experience. From the incredible food presentation (and how delicious it was) in the conference room, to the stunning views and the room upgrades, every detail was exceptional. Booked a room for my nephew for his anniversary. Days prior I worked with Ashley to make sure it was all paid for, completing their form and emailing it to her. At check in they denied the reservation claiming that they have an age restriction. No where on the app I used does it say this. Also on the hotels own reservation page is states a guest is 18. Ashley was no help at the hotel, claiming because she was off from work she never opened my message. Summer the desk manager was equally incompetent and uncaring. The staff here is incompetent and ruined my nephews anniversary. There are WAY better places in in Tucson for a stay-cation.

Room was very spacious with a nice view. Bed was very comfortable and had nice linens. The landscaping at the resort is absolutely beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed walking around and taking in all the details. The food at both restaurants was delicious!

Disappointed by Pool Service During Day Pass Visit – July 7, 2025 My wife and I visited the resort on July 7th using a day pass, hoping to see if it might be the right place to celebrate our upcoming 23rd wedding anniversary. The check-in experience was smooth—staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived, and Alex was just as professional and courteous when we checked out. The resort grounds were well-kept and inviting, and overall it looked like a place we’d consider staying. Unfortunately, the poolside service left us disappointed. My wife tried to order the All Day Frosé, but the bartender told her the fridge was broken and it wasn’t available. She then tried to get a bottle of water for me (I don’t drink alcohol), and was told bottled water wasn’t available either. We were directed to a water station at the bar, which we used, but that’s not the level of service we expected—especially for a resort that seems to be aiming for a premium experience. The day pass program could be a great way to bring in future guests—we were genuinely considering booking a stay for our anniversary—but our experience at the pool bar made us think twice. In short: the resort itself was nice, but the service we received at the pool didn’t meet the standard we were hoping for.

The stay was wonderful and very relaxing. The staff is so friendly and very helpful at all times. The food was extremely good at the Grill and the bar. Will go back for sure for the next recharge needed.

I cannot say enough about Hacienda Del Sol. Every detail, amenity, staff, property, landscaping, food, spa.. all perfect. There is no other resort in Tucson that comes close to what this experience is.

Everything about our stay was extraordinary from check in to check out. The whole staff was wonderful. Our room was charming and spacious. Our family took a roadtrip out to the southwest. We stayed at many different hotels but this one was our favorite by far. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. I loved the spacious bathroom as well as the southwestern charm of our room. The view from our room was wonderful as well. The pool with the city and Mountain View at sunset was exquisite. I would love to go again.
