I don't know the hiring process at this property, but they have managed to have the most customer -centric personnel I have ever encountered. Everyone! We checked our car at the valet station, everyone was very courteous. We walked into the courtyard, a young man in chef's uniform asked if we needed anything. We said we were looking for the registration office. He insisted on walking us to the office. Registration was great. We stayed one night, checked out and drove to Bisbee. We decided, let's drive back and spend a second night at Hacienda del Sol. The photos are from both rooms. Already planning on returning for three nights next year for the tiki Tuesday.

Absolutely beautiful campus. Super-friendly and helpful staff. Convenient food offerings on site and very close to food and shopping options nearby. The rooms are quite nice but very noisy, you can easily hear neighbor conversations and TV

I can't say enough about this hidden getaway. Great food! Cutest southwestern rooms, amazing spa treatment (wonderful facial), beautiful views everywhere you look! But the staff, they were all just incredible! Every single one with smiles on their faces and so helpful and accommodating. I have severe respiratory problems and they valet'd me everywhere I wanted to go on the property. They checked on me and were so kind! Have to give a shout-out to my guys Jerry and Keith in valet!! Thank you so much! Staycation spa weekends are my thing and I've been to many! This is my new #1!!!

An old-school resort, reasonably well taken care of with nice people but a tired property with few improvements to property or services in the recent past. No food available on property after 9 pm and bar closes at 10 sharp! Even though check in is at 4 pm, check out is firm at 11 am, so don’t book morning spa treatments because it’s not possible to delay check out for even 30 minutes. There is a 20% discount for AZ residents, and on arrival you get a coupon for a free margarita and chips at the bar.

Incredible jewel in the desert! We celebrate our wedding anniversary with a relaxing couples massage annually. This time we decided to stay the night. We stayed many years back. This time seeing the upgrades to the resort were impressive. The room was outstanding and luxurious. The walk-in shower is fabulous. We appreciated the champagne and flutes to help celebrate our special night. Room service was great! The couples massage was so relaxing. The therapists were the best we have ever had. I've had massages for 25 years and this therapist, Jordan was above them all. Freddy was excellent for my husband. We liked that the front desk ordered our golf cart transportation from our room to the spa. The driver told us about the punch card available to get a free massage after 6. Great deal for us locals! The restaurant for breakfast was most delicious. I ordered the Greek omelet. I was surprised by the sensational Peruvian peppers. All of the staff were very welcoming and made you feel at home. We loved our relaxing and refreshing stay so much, that I booked our next stay for September. This will be our resort of preference in Tucson.

after enjoying many wonderful meals, events, caipirinhas in the great bar over the two decades we've been in Tucson, HDS was a natural pick for my father's 90th birthday celebration to induce family from all over the world to come to Tucson at the end of August. We worked with event specialist Catherine Reid and banquet queen Karen Connors arranged a block of rooms and meals that knocked everyone's socks off. David Mills the sommelier extraordinaire selected and personally presented and served wines that were simply amazing. The staff from the valets taking your car and getting you to your rooms, the front desk, the servers in the restaurant, Ricky, Justin, (both, the breakfast and dinner Justin) and Justin's wife working breakfast, Steve and Nick, J the manager and the incredible crew in the kitchen. the staff working the Catalina Pool and the coolest bar in Tucson. it's just an amazing place for a great meal, or a romantic get away or your Dad's 90th birthday weekend

We decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary along with our annual couples massage here. The staff was so welcoming, friendly and gave us prompt and professional service. The Spa experience was sensational. Our Therapists, Jordan and Freddy were magnificent. The restaurant offered a delicious menu. The chef has a garden on site which he is able to create the most scrumptious meals. I loved the Peruvian peppers in my Greek omelet. I have stayed at most of the resorts in this area and Hacienda del Sol is truly outstanding. We have already booked our room/spa for next month. Thank you for also spoiling us with a bottle of Italian champagne to help us celebrate our memorable weekend! It was heavenly and very relaxing.
