Ryan the pool waiter was probably the best part of this place. Really cool guy, delivered the drinks, did his job. Meanwhile the pools were all disgusting, the drinks are $18 a pop, and our room in no way commanded the price we paid for it. Single king was absolutely not a king. Awful experience all around.

We had a wonderful multigenerational family stay at your beautiful property! Swimming, dining, cocktails, pickleball, working out...this place has it all and is just beautiful!

We have stayed at La Paloma several times over the years and hosted our wedding block of rooms at this resort as well. We just returned for another seven night stay and had another amazing experience. Extremely friendly and accomodating staff, and the new renovations are all an amazing and refreshed feel throughout the property. Wonderful amenities, and my wife had an awesome morning at the spa. This resort is located in such a beautiful part of Tucson, while still being very accessible and close to other restaurants and attractions of the city. Specifically, I want to give special appreciation to Dawn G. for being an above and beyond help with my reservation questions and taking time out of her busy schedule to help ensure we had another wonderful stay. Dawn is truly a pleasure to talk to and I really appreciate all her efforts. Also, Michelle and Nova at the front desk were particularly helpful throughout our stay as well, so I definitely appreciate their hard work also!

This was our second stay. We have a child at university of Arizona and decided that this is our favorite property to stay at while visiting. Not super close to campus but the views and gorgeous pool area makes up for the travel time. The breakfast is wonderful and the scheduled resort activities are nice. Live music in the lobby on Friday and Saturday was enjoyable. Excellent food and drink service in the pool area and the adult only pool area is wonderful. Another enjoyable stay.

Our stay was marvelous. The views were incredible, service was phenomenal, food was delicious, and the amenities knocked it out of the park! Catia at the front desk had excellent customer service, and made us feel like real VIPs. She was incredibly friendly and helpful as we asked for guidance and tips periodically throughout the week. She was one of our favorite parts of our whole stay. All of the servers at the pool, restaurant and bar went above and beyond to ensure we were having a nice time, and the food and drinks were awesome. Being able to utilize the tennis/golf amenities was such a great perk of the property. We played tennis several times throughout the week. Finally, they provide transportation to nearby hikes, trails, and grocery stores, saving money on Ubers. You get more than you bargain for when you stay at the Westin La Paloma. We cannot wait to return.

Baili, Blake, Teddy, Luis, and Logan were amazing and super friendly!!! Beautiful views and great drinks. Highly recommend coming around sunset for a sunset toast.
